Supervised and Supported Family Time
Supervised Family Time: Staff are physically present to monitor and ensure the child’s safety during visits.
Supported Family Time: Staff are nearby and available if needed but do not directly supervise every interaction.
Neutral Venue Provision
Provides a safe, neutral, child-friendly environment for visits between children and family members.
Reduces the risk of conflict and ensures emotional wellbeing of the child.
Scheduling and Coordination
Arranges visit dates and times that suit all parties.
Manages cancellations, rescheduling, and ensures adherence to court orders or care plans.
